Young Mayors Parliamentary Forum

A parliamentary forum for young people, local mayors and MPs to discuss the role of young people in local government.

There will be short tours of parliament for people arriving before 11am. Discussions will be about The National Youth Agency, the role of Young Mayors, and the views of national and local government. There is a panel discussion chaired by Children and Young People Now, discussion groups led by Young Mayors, and a presentation by the Young Mayors Network.

Each local authority is invited to send up to three young people to take part, accompanied by a lead councillor, professional worker or officer.

Venue:  Attlee Suite, Portcullis House, Westminster, London
