Your rights once you are 12 years old.

Dangerous Performances

You can be trained to participate in dangerous performances! Lucky you.

Film Classifications

You can get a 12 out of the video shop. And you can go and see a 12A at the cinema without an adult.

For the first time in your life you can be sent to secure accommodation. This will happen if you are convicted of an offence you could have been imprisoned for if you were an adult. The longest time they can hold you for is 24 months.
