Wanted: Volunteers for a Young People’s Panel on Mental Health

Children & Young People’s Mental Health Services Oxfordshire
What do they do?
When children, adolescents, adults and older adults in Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire have mental health issues and need help recovering, the Children and Young People's Mental Health Services give them support. They also give specialist and forensic mental health services to people nationally.
About the role
Are you 11-18 yrs old and living in Oxfordshire? Do you have some spare time and want to make a difference?
Do you like the idea of speaking out on behalf of other people? Helping to change attitudes to mental health issues, and changing mental health services for the better?
If the answer is yes, join the Young People’s Panel Volunteers.
Payment
This is voluntary but you will get:
• Training in interviewing skills, patient surveys, event planning, mental health issues, and producing short films!
• Personal development to support you in the future
• Personal achievement
