Vale Youth Forum

The Vale Youth Forum is a chance to discuss and learn about children and young people's rights and the Oxfordshire County Council, and to keep up with what's happening in the County and the Vale in politics and community.

Be part of the decision making process in your local areas. At the Vale Youth forum you will have opportunities to work on projects and events and be part of wider consultations and countywide groups. The Vale Youth Forum next meets regularly at the NET Youth Centre. To find out what the Vale's young people have covered at their last meeting, read their spring Newsletter (pdf, 481KB).

We will update you soon with the topics and date for their next meeting. In the meantime here's what they are up to:

Vale Youth Cabinet Meeting 

Open to any young people living or going to school in the Vale. This is the first meeting of new members.  

Date:  Monday 6th September 2010

Time:   4.45 pm - 7pm   Refreshments provided. 

Venue:  Vale of White Horse DC offices, Abbey House, Abingdon 

 

Young People's Xchange

Open to any young people living or going to school in South Oxfordshire. This is the first meeting of new members. 

Date:  Thursday 9th September 2010

Time:   4.45 pm - 7pm  Refreshments provided. 

Venue:  South Oxfordshire DC offices, Crowmarsh Gifford, Nr Wallingford
